Devi Saraswati  is known as goddess of learning and refinement. Saraswati is often portrayed as a goddess in white sari which is a symbol of purity and veena in her hand, her vahaan milk-white swan is seated in perfect stillness behind Her. Lotus is her asana in the pink color. The waters flowing underneath are calm and clear as crystal. There is so much beauty in this painting. If you look into this painting long enough, you could almost observe the placement of the swans flying in the background, and see the flora in the foreground sovereignty in the breeze.
